My insights into the power of reputation branding are based on more than 20 years working in business development in the UK and New Zealand with small and medium sized businesses and larger corporates. I've established and run several successful small businesses myself, including online reputation leverage site TRUSTcite.co.nz, and am a former General Manager of economic development agency, Enterprise North Shore in Auckland.
As a professional speaker, author and mentor, it's a real privilege to work with businesses and individuals that want to be known for being the best in their field and leverage their reputation for success.
As well as being a regular columnist for several national newspapers, magazines and online media, I also regularly cast a reputation-lens over current news and trending topics on my TrustBite blog and tweet under the Twitter ID 'Reputationz'.

I've served the National Speakers Association of New Zealand at executive level of since 2006, being National President from 2009 to 2011, and am currently Immediate Past President.
Other voluntary roles included being one of two founding Trustees of national charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People and a long-serving mentor for the Auckland YWCA Future Leaders mentoring programme between 2003 and 2007.
When I'm not thinking, speaking or writing about issues around reputation, trust and integrity I can usually be found pottering around the home I share with Garry, my husband of 26 years, and my 3 dogs, Max, Lucy and newest recruit Alfie!
"As presentation trainers we expect a high standard from professional speakers. Hannah exceeded our expectations. She has an engaging style and facilitated some thought-provoking interactive exercises. Most importantly, her content was challenging and useful.
