Hannah spoke at one of our member events where our members seek help, ideas and inspiration – things that they can take back into their diverse business situations and gain a benefit. Hannah’s presentation did all of this and more. She enthralled her audience which was readily seen by the involvement of all those who were there (from company directors to sales managers to marketing professionals). They were asking questions specific to themselves which can often be less interesting for others. Hannah answered these questions directly for them but was also able to develop them into insights that everyone could use. Achieving this on the fly only serves to demonstrate what a skilled and interesting speaker she is.

We initially invited Hannah to highlight the importance of reputation for our franchisees in August 2007 at one of our national franchise events. I had heard Hannah speak on several occasions and was impressed with her insights, expertise and ability to communicate. Hannah’s enthusiasm for her subject is tangible. I asked Hannah to address both the Junior and Senior Assemblies on the topic of the power of a positive reputation as I was looking for a message that would bolster self-esteem and enhance self-worth. Hannah more than met my expectations. On both occasions she drew the audience into the message with humour and interactive participation, tapping into the experiences of her audience to help them understand her message.
